This is a Uji matcha pudding made with Uji matcha from the renowned Kyoto shop “Itohkyuemon.” With a smooth, melt-in-your-mouth texture, this carefully crafted pudding allows you to easily enjoy the authentic aroma and flavor of matcha at home.
Preparation Method:
1. Prepare the ingredients
1 packet of matcha pudding mix, 1/2 cup of water (100ml/3.38fl oz), 1 cup of milk (200ml/6.76fl oz).
2. Mix and stir
In a pot, add 100ml of water and 100ml of milk (1/2 cup), and stir well using a whisk or a frothing tool.
3. Heat
Heat over medium heat until it comes to a full boil, then add the remaining 1/2 cup of milk.
4. Refrigerate
Pour the mixture into suitable containers and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
